1. Make sure it’s not an EA issue 

1. Remove all custom content.

2. Clear your cache.

3. Load the game and test.

👉 If the issue still happens, repair your game. If that doesn’t work → it’s an EA bug.
👉 If the issue is gone, keep going.

2. Test only my content 

1. Add back only my custom content.

2. Clear your cache.

3. Load and test.

👉 If the issue is gone → something else (conflict or broken mod) is the problem. 
👉 If the issue stays → move to step 3.

3. Did you get an LE (Last Exception) report? 
LE = “Last Exception” (game error log)

1. Load your save.

2. Use Save As and create a new save.

3. Close game + clear cache.

4. Reload the new save.

👉 If you still get an LE → post it in the 🔎︱report_issues channel on my Discord.
👉 If you didn’t get an LE → move to step 4.

💡 I prefer the report from MCCC (it's more accurate than Better Exceptions), but either will work.

4. Use the 50/50 method to find the broken file 

1. Move half your mods to a temp folder.

2. Clear your cache.

3. Test in game.

👉 If the issue is still there → the broken file is in the half you kept.
👉 If it’s gone → the broken file is in the half you removed.
👉 Keep repeating until you find the exact file(s).
